Payments are processed securely through M-Pesa Till Number 4930712. We accept M-Pesa mobile payments for all document purchases.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after a download link has been provided. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Incorrect or corrupted files

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
